I have worked with Ian for many years firstly at Pfizer where he looked after an account of 200 machines spread across multiple site.
Ian Supplied a copier to us whilst he was Service Manager at a local dealer but the contract was more with Ian. When Ian left this dealer I pulled the contract from them as the service levels after he left were unacceptable. We then moved our business to Ian while he was at another local dealer and added a second copier supplied and installed by Ian. After Ian left we had a drop in the level of service response, times dramatically increased. We have now moved our 2 copiers to Ian at Wade Business Solutions LTD as this will insure the High Level of service we have always received from Ian at whichever company has been with. Now he is working for himself we are sure this high standard will remain.
It was by asking for help with a printer at the Cyber Centre Broadstairs that I was referred to Ian Wade at WBS, which offered a specialty service for printers.
Ian Wade came to see me personally and was very helpful, friendly and business-like. He seemed to possess a wealth of experience in the field and competence in this work. Consequently I felt sufficient confidence in him to enter into an agreement for the installation of a 'state of the art' laser Multi Functional Copier, together with monthly payments for colour and black and white printing. This agreement commenced in June 2015.
To date I have been well satisfied with the information and service he has rendered as and when required and especially the promptness with which he responds to any problems, that so far have not been too many. I therefore without hesitation recommend him highly as dependable and reliable.

I thought I’d just drop you a line to let you know how pleased we all are with the copier that you have supplied us with. It is no exaggeration to say that it has transformed the way our office runs.
As you know, our business is very dependent on printed materials and an efficient means of printing is absolutely critical to the smooth operation of what we do. I cannot imagine how we used to manage before we had your copier.
And it is not just the fact that what we have now is highly efficient. It is also fantastically cost effective. As you know we were spending a small fortune on printing. We are now printing about three times the amount per week than we were prior to having a WBS copier, but still paying significantly less.
Finally, I have to mention the outstanding service that you provide. The copier rarely goes wrong – power cuts excepted – but when we need help your response is always exceptional. We simply cannot be without a copier and it is very comforting to know that you appreciate this fact and always manage to sort out what are usually our mistakes.
