Having been a Technician for 30 years and I still enjoy attending service calls.

This also gives me the chance to carry out a quality inspection check of the work completed by WBS Technicians.

I also complete field accompaniments with all the Technicians, this enables us all to be compliant and up to date, from stock control to tools carried, manuals and bulletins, even down to vehicle checks.

We have invested in the latest industry software to provide you with consistently high levels of service. We automate as much as possible so that we do not impact on your time. By using our data collection software, we can collect meter readings automatically and receive toner and fault alerts. This level of automation is something that has been promised by many suppliers for years, but rarely worked. We are happy to show you all of these systems working.
